What are the different stages of 'Order Status'?
When enquiring about your Order Status by e-mailing us, you will receive one of these 3 different stages:
Pending Order – We have received the order from you and are waiting for the payment to be credited to our bank account. In the case of payment by Cheque, we are waiting for its realization. We may also be awaiting the reception of your order from the supplier.
Processing Order – After we receive the payment approval from the bank, your order is being packed and will soon be dispatched to the Post Office.
Shipped / Posted – Your package has been posted or delivered to our logistics partner to be delivered to you.
You get the following options for payment. Choose the desired.
Online Payment by Internet Banking (Money Transfer or by MCB Juice)
By Bank Cheque (this method may take some time for the cheque to be cleared)
No, unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once submitted.

What are the Delivery charges?
We are providing free delivery across Mauritius on all orders which are above Rs 2,000/- Else, Postal charges apply. At the present time, it is Rs. 50/- for packages of less than 1 kilo by weight, plus Rs. 25/- for registration. We do not ship outside Mauritius for the moment including Rodrigues.
